Sylva is a total pro and a delightful person as well. She is always welcoming, punctual, and supportive. She's also very efficient and effective. I've never gotten any sort of ingrown hair or other complication from her electrolysis work, and she is very fast which means you get a lot of hairs removed in each session. Her salon is clean and parking is very easy. (Note that there is a flight of stairs to the door.) Sylva is amazing, very experienced, and professional. I was afraid of doing electrolysis (due to the pain), but she has made the process so seamless, easy, and the amazing results. The office is clean, the environment is nice and calming, and she is flexible with your requests. I cannot recommend her more! Thanks Sylva.
