All these reviews are fake chez moi is one nasty apt. The inside is run down no central heat or air. The inside needs to be updated. They don’t like to fix anything Kate is a slumlord. You can’t even talk to your neighbors. Then they have a rodent problem. My townhouse had mice once I seen a mouse I left. Slumlords knew they had mice move in day I look under my kitchen sink full of mouse droppings. Very nasty experience do not recommend. You better of in a shelter then living here
