Everything I've ever had from C.D. is delicious, but today's plantain curry was even better! It should definitely be on the regular (daily) menu!

Shyam hooks it up proper at Chez Dodo. The portions are ginormous (usually 2+ meals for me), and the food has great flavors. The pan-friend noodles are seriously somethin' special. I used to go to it when it was in N. Portland, and now that he moved I make trips downtown JUST to hit up this cart. It's that good.

Portland has so many unique food cards, but this is one of the best! I had no idea what Mauritian food was like, but discovered its a blend of Indian and Chinese food. We had an amazing lamb curry noodle dish, highly recommend it. The owner is super nice and the portions are huge. Am definitely coming back here the next time I'm in Portland! Important note: He's not open on weekends, so make sure to go on a weekday.
Food was excellent and Shyam is a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something unique and different.
