Cheyenne Burnett, & her staff was great. They were Very kind & pleasant with me. Answered all my questions that I asked.
CRPN Burnett listens to your concerns and responds to them. After she gives you the facts about what is going on medcically she gives options allows the patient to decide how to move forward as long as it will benefit them and not hinder their well-being.
I love the entire Medstar Hyattsville team. NP Burnett is always great. Her calming voice and personality make visits a joy. And the timing is exceptional, especially in this area. We never wait too long to be seen. My entire family is seen in this office. In over 4 years, I have yet to have bad experience. Even when sickness has me stressed, they have are extremely patient, very responsive and proactive in making sure our needs are met!
