I took my kitten, Shadow, in for vaccinations. The staff was wonderful! Dr. McWilliams and Nurse Angela were outstanding and caring. The front desk was friendly and cheerful. I'm so glad I took my cat here!
HORRIBLE!!! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF YOU DIDNT ASK FOR!!! THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHAT THINGS COST UNTIL YOU OWE THEM FOR IT!!!! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY TINY LITTLE THING!!!!! THEY ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE UP FRONT!!! WORST EVER!!!!!
I took my Schnauzer into the office last Wednesday because he wasn't feeling well. Dr. took blood on Wednesday morning. I finally got a call back with the results the following Wednesday- only because I called to see what was taking so long. I had to let my dog go on Sunday at the Emergency Vet - he had kidney failure. Maybe there was something they could have given him prior to that, but we will never no. Chews Landing Vet Hospital, specifically Dr. Falls & the entire staff were absolutely wonderful to me especially once my dog Jake was diagnosed with 2 tumors in his lungs. No matter how big or how little my question was when I called I was always treated so kind by anyone who answered the phone. Jake was 12 & had his checkup 2 months before his diagnosis & was in extremely great health, bones, teeth, etc. I believe him being strong, Chews Landing Vet & I was able to be home with him his last 2 months made things as good as p... read more
The staff is nice and patient with any of my questions. I appreciate the time and care that Dr. McWilliams takes with us. He is always so thorough and kind. Our dog is never apprehensive coming here which makes it less stressful compared to other Vet's we have used in the past. Thank you Dr. McWilliams!!
