try to order chips and salsa in store with meal fine...try to order it online and u cant... so i try to call in order over phone nope sorry cant do that, send in ticket to customer service.... not one reply... really... u call urself a company or franchise? even burger king makes up for a pos 1$ burger but you guys wont acknowledge a mistake on a 50$ meal... applebees order-to-go app looks like my new fav

I went in with a party of 20 and had 3 birthday in my party the food was delivered at all different times so some of us had finished eating before the others even got their food we had one server and she didn't even get us all the drinks we had ordered she was very scrambled brain and acted like she didn't really care the food wasn't good and it was overpriced we had told them when we came in that we had 3 birthdays as we were walking out the door they finally brought us are birthday ice cream and they told us sorry it took ... read more

They let me and my dog sit on the patio and the waitresses were so sweet to us, they even made my dog some chicken. Needless to say my 8$ salad delivered a 10$ tip and I think they deserved 100$. Great service, great food.
