I had a phone placed at 7pm. The hostess said 15 mins, I waited 45 minutes. I ordered the fajita burrito (steak), with sour cream.....there was none. The small sweet corn ball they give looked like it had been scraped up from left over in the pan! I will not be back. As one of the very first employees at Chevys when we first opened in Alameda.....it has definitely gone downhill!
So I go to this place every so often, last night it was better but we never got our chips and salsa are was never asked if you want to chips and salsa. My dad's food took a while get there and it was lukewarm when he got it... my food was fine...drinks was good... better service than the last 2 times
Worst service! Ive been there more than enough times to know that they are always understaffed and therefore service is horrible, ridiculous amount of wait for food or drinks.
Bad service... Took so long too get our food and it was the wrong order
Service was very bad. Barely anyone in there and it took 45 min to get our food. When it came the food was less than average. It was so bad that when they brought the check the waitress said she gave us 20% off. Will never go back.
Muy bueno los meseros atienden muy bien. Las margaritas no se diga. Riquísimas
The food was very tasty and fresh. We were seated promptly & the staff was upbeat. The overall look of the restaurant sucked. Please put some money into painting that place, it looked like an actual scene out of a bad movie in a dirty Latino restaurant. Thumbs down
Shrimp and crab enchiladas were very good and the Big Cadillac had good bite to it.
