Normally the service is good, tonight not good at all. I expected service to be slow on Cinco de Mayo, but it wasn't busy and the server was a bit rude and extremely slow. Cocktails took 25 minutes (bar was busy) water took 15 minutes. We waited 10 minutes for tortillas for the fajitas. Not a good dining experience.
They way they treat certain servers and bartenders stupid. You as a customer have a complaint about something or someone they do nothing about it. Horrible service Kristen Harris was the only reason we ever went and would ever come back. The only one now she is gone never coming back.
I am A regular at the Henderson Chevy's and recommend you go in on days when the bartender named Vinny is working!! He is the heart and soul of this franchise and really makes you feel welcomed with not only a friendly smile but the best service you could ask for!! Try it...you'll love it!!!
