I think that the salesmen their were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on. My salesman was Mr. Billy Williams whom is no longer there but I'm sure you have have many more just as good as he was as closing the deal. I do think you all could allow a little more for the trade ins. I worked in auto loans at a local bank and y'all were the worst when it came to that. Other than that great company during and after the sale.
Customer service is extremely rated at 5 stars!!! Over the years I have purchased several cars for myself and my family through this dealership and will continue to keep purchasing only from Chevyland.
