I had surgery on my arm with Dr. Thomas Zork and I could not be happier with the care I received or the results. He was thorough and reassuring, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything throughout the diagnosis, surgery, and recovery. At best gross incompetence in billing. At worst, they are making up costs and bills keep coming years later with no end in sight despite my repeated requests for full transparency on the charges. I was told I needed an emergency medical procedure that I wouldn't be able to schedule with my normal provider in time so I went here. I was also told the maximum I would pay was what I was charged that day and that any follow up visits would not incur further charges. Unfortunately this has not proven accurate.
