Wonderful Experience! My family loves this place.
My mother has been a resident here for nearly two years, and she has adjusted beautifully. The whole staff has treated us so kindly, and it feels more like a family than an institution. Yesterday when my mother requested that I take her out somewhere, she said, “but you’re going to bring me back here, right?”What more proof can I provide—this from a woman who adamantly loved her home, and wanted to remain in it forever. I am so glad we chose the Chevy Chase House!!!
This review is long overdue. My father has been living at Chevy Chase House since April, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he’s getting here. It has real heart, in a way that I didn’t see at a lot of the other fancy assisted living facilities I toured. There are too many names to thank individually for going above and beyond for my father. Some of the top management staff of this company are very corrupt and dishonest in their business dealings. They engage in unethical practices of stiffing vendors if they do not accede to demands and will refuse to pay legitimate invoices. This facility's books needs to be investigated by the office of the attorney general and the Inspector General for sharp practices. Hello. I wanted to share my thoughts about Chevy Chase House. It's been my home for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. My apartment is cozy and comfy and I feel safe here. The common areas are not too large but are used very well and are very clean. There's always something fun going on, and since its in the city, I can walk to the grocery store and a few other places right on the same block. The food is really good and they have been willing to accommodate my dietary needs so far. I am happy here. Thanks.
