Everyone here is always super friendly and helpful. As an employee of a Chevy Chase business, they have been very good to our organization. I would definitely recommend them not only for their merchandise but also for their awesome customer service!
I stopped in at CCH around noon today and bought a couple of items that I knew they carried, and then went on to one of the 'Big Box Home Improvement' places .. They didn't have the item I needed and I couldn't find the other :( .. I could have asked for help, but the noise and commotion in the place made me want to leave !! .. Back to Chevy Chase Hardware and got what I wanted .. And because they had the smaller size I wanted, I saved some $$ .. AND enjoyed the experience !! .. Great service !! .. I have only had great experiences here, but yesterday's visit was what really made me want to write a review. I went in looking for rubber grommets in an unknown size. I walked in and the sales person took me right to where they were and helped me figure out exactly which ones to buy. Unfortunately I needed a bunch and they were a few shy of what I needed so I bought all that they had and headed to a big box hardware store to try and find the rest.
