A little over a year ago, I was recommended to Chevy Chase ENT by a close friend who is a nurse, and knows Dr. Winkler. I wanted to see a doctor right away, and could not get in to see Dr. Winkler for about a month, so I saw Dr. Brenner instead. Dr. Brenner was fabulous -- direct, clear, caring. I’ve seen Dr. Jessica Shen multiple times, first for a sinus infection and then for new ear pain, and she has been absolutely remarkable both times. She listened carefully to my symptoms, took my concerns seriously, and never made me feel rushed. I just saw Dr Pryor Brenner today for an issue that needed immediate attention. He was extremely helpful and resolved my problem. His entire office was friendly and helpful. When I called this morning as a new patient with this urgent matter, they first told me they were fully booked but then Layann - one of the medical assistants -took the time to directly ask the doctor, who deemed it necessary for me to come in today. I highly recommend this practice for their hands on friendly care and professional expertise.
