We had numerous endoscopy procedures performed here over the decades and always felt safe and well cared for. We did miss the "juice and animal crackers" afterwards in recent years, when it seemed a little rushed after waking up, but that's a small thing. We brought our own juice to get some sugar before heading out. Just got a letter they are closing as of June 4, 2026. We are very sorry to hear that. It was convenient.

I had a procedure done in May 2025. Received a few bills over the next few months, which I promptly paid. Then, out of the blue, in April 2026 I receive another bill for $3,000 - for a procedure that was done a year ago. Initially I was frustrated, but after doing my diligence I realized that it was largely my crappy insurance provider, and not the endoscopy center’s fault. Richard Robinson is also a great contact who helped me sort things out.

Should be illegal to take advantage of people like that in this day and age.

Billing department is a complete mess...18 months after procedure still dealing with a "wrong code" submitted to my insurance company. CC Gastro has admitted multiple times it is their fault and i should never have been billed...but now i am dealing with a credit agency CC Gastro has repeatedly told me they have corrected the problem- I think they finally took care of this and called off the credit agency- but I still wasted dozens of hours on the phone with CC Gastro billing, insurance and then credit agency...they need to ... read more
