Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail.
