We brought our little 10 year old dog in for dental cleaning. Dr. Headley was very kind, answered all of our questions, which made us feel comfortable about having the procedure performed. All the staff members were most kind and helpful. We have had our dog in for check-ups before and always felt confident in their professionalism. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Quit blocking people on messenger. They have messenger.
The vets and vet techs are wonderful and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff not only put the health of my cat at risk, bust also yelled at me for their mistakes multiple times. When I called for advice for my cat, the front desk person told me to monitor her, when I brought her in later, the vet was furious with me for not bringing her in immediately. RecommendedDr. Arnold is amazing! For our first dog, she was patient and talked to us on the phone with all of our questions! There were a lot of questions. She recommended trainers, discussed additional protection we would need for being on a farm, and gave us great general tips. The staff was excellent and super friendly. Dr. Headley quickly diagnosed this mans torn ACL’s and was very helpful in recommending a surgeon who could offer the most comprehensive treatment. Furthermore, since recovering from bilateral ACL repairs, he’s been straightforward and honest about keeping Crash’s weight down to reduce stress on the knees and live a better quality of life overall.
