The salesman was so nice. Informative answered all our questions. Offered information to help us decide which finance options we wanted. Never pushy Very warm and friendly. Everyone we met that day wanted to be sure we were being taken care of. Will surely recommend you.
Arrived for LOF, Tire Rotation, Inspection, Emissions Exempt Inspection, 5-Year power train inspection, and, 5-year coolant replacement. The mechanical work appears to be fine but technician forgot to reset "change oil" notification after changing oil along with not signing the emissions exempt certificate. Both items were rectified before I left the shop. I arrived on time and service received was both courteous and professional.
Royce and Tom (internet contact) were upfront, easy to work with, and made the entire experience easy and smooth.
I dealt with desean morillo and Travis lindenmoyer in my car buying experience. To preface, I hate the whole car buying experience and dread it when it’s time to car shop. These guys made the experience so enjoyable, that I even drove 1.5 hours to complete this deal. They were very attentive, respectful, fair and really made the experience a positive one. I will recommend them both and they are a positive to your dealership/company.
