The man who attends this car wash is a beautiful and happy human being. Our car looks wonderful, and our day was brightened by his smile.
Girlfriend went in to get a wash noticed the rear wiper broke off during th wash she went to speak with the guy running the car wash and he came off very rude to her trying to say it was her fault and that the wiper was already broken and this isn’t just the wiper part they broke the whole mechanism of something that was working perfectly fine the night before so basically they are trying to say it’s our fault that it was broken well this is the last time I ever go here and will never recommend this place to anyone
Horrible carwash and customer service. My car came out completely wet and the sides were more dirty than before. I asked why my car wasn’t dried. The Indian guy who was working there told me because I paid for the $7 wash instead of the $11 wash. NEVER did he mention a $7 wash did not include the hot air drying. I’m not even talking about hand towel drying. I’m talking about the regular drying once your car is put through the system it usually dries your car at the end. I read the reviews before I went and wasn’t expecting much. It was a little confusing bc there’s a machine to pay but it was broken but there was an attendant so I drove up anyway. The only issue was they only take cash. The price is $7 or $9. I only had $6.50 in cash but the guy said it’s ok and still gave me the wash which was very nice of him! For the price I didn’t have any issues it came out very clean!!! No soap residue here.
