Started coming here when we moved over here. Pretty much most of the staff is very nice. I had an experience with one guy working nights. He used to be rude and condescending to me. Not anymore. He’s nice. But one young man who is slender and black has got to be the rudest most disrespectful person who works there. I observed the store clerk interacting very poorly and almost rudely with a young lady trying to redeem a beverage on her app. He was at best uninterested in attempting to help this customer with the app. It became apparent to me he did not know how, so I told them how to ring up a redemption, which he did, but with no reflection of courteousness towards customer.
