Easily the worst 7-Eleven in Las Vegas. The staff is rude, getting assistance is nearly impossible, and the employees act like any unfamiliar register function is impossible instead of even attempting to figure it out. Customer service is consistently poor, and the store regularly has a strange odor. Management seriously needs to address the overall condition and professionalism of this location.
It had Chevron gas, other than that, does not meet Chevron standards for cleanliness, windshield washing provisions, paper towels, etc. All the water bins dry and nasty, half missing squeegees, squeequees just standing up on the pavement, etc. I go to Chevron for fuel quality and facility cleanliness and car care provisions and this location is a fail unfortunately.
First place I came to after landing in the USA for the first time. I got a very good first impression because of the girl who works here she was good vibe and smiling :)!
Love this place everyone treat me like family Teresa, Mel, and Samantha always cheering me up when I come in love the energy please keep it up 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
