I have owned 2 Acuras in the past 12 years and so has my daughter. I have no doubt that I want to continue this trend! Keyes Acura is an obvious place to start looking as it is in the middle of the well-known Van Nuys auto district. They have a fair assortment of different models, but I was disappointed by the scarcity of pre-owned automobiles. The worst car buying experience ever We were looking to buy a TL and was searching for a good deal online. Sales people from Keyes emailed us and eventually we talked on the phone and got an incredible deal on a new car. However, when we came to pick up the car problems started. First they ran our credit report and said that our scores are not good enough and that they can not get a financing on the same terms we had agreed on the phone. Even though I waltzed in after hours, he took the time to answer my questions. He knew what the competitors were offering as well as Acura's package. I was taken aback, however, when he offered me a measly $2,000 for my 1997 Honda Prelude as a trade-in. This guy sure was a smooth talker. I actually walked out of the dealership with a brand new car!
