RecommendedJust in for an oil change today. Jake was pleasant and kept me informed on my car’s progress. Only complaint was I arrived at my appointment time 10:00, and did not get my car back till 11:20

They did everything they could to make sure we were approved, got a great deal and our payments and interest were right where we wanted them to be! They made sure they got us the car we wanted! Was amazing and very helpful, along with the finance team and insurance agent. They made sure I had the best deal, and wasn’t being taken for my money. Absolutely recommend anyone to go there!!!!
Being a woman should not mean it results in getting take advantage of. Sadly that is exactly what I have witnessed with this Dealership as they took advantage of my niece not knowing enough about the repair industry and feeling pressured to agree to repairs on her vehicle without giving the proper information upfront. Very manipulative and concerned more about their profit than their customer.
I love the Chevy Brand - however this dealership has some major issues to address in their service department. I witnessed them take advantage of my relative during a moment of weakness and vulnerability when she TRUSTED this dealership to have her best interest at hand, they did the opposite and put their own agenda making profit ahead. Very abusive toward the woman customer base
Absolutely worst place I’ve ever had my car serviced. My wife picked up the car after having the leak addressed but now engine light was on so we take it back once we picked it up after paying over 500 dollars engine light is still on now it’s a new issue and they want more money to fix what should have been addressed the first time and still smells like burnt oil there was no engine light on at original service so now All of a sudden I have two new issues that I never had before I believe they have incompetent technicians w... read more
