My truck was in service for a week. Suzie was my advisor; she was so helpful and made us feel like we were family. I really appreciate the text message communication throughout the day and the whole week with quick responses. I had gotten to know her by text and calls and was finally able to meet her in person when I picked up my truck. Having your primary vehicle in the shop can be stressful and Suzie and the crew who worked on my truck was so helpful and made my experience stress free.

Where do i start.I had a temp sensor/thermostat issue. Being a part time South Carolina resident i made an appointment well in advance hoping to get the non-existant loan a car. So i made arrangements to drop the car on monday 3-9-26 for repairs. 6 hrs later after calls and texts i was told we need a sensor and thermostat that is not in stock. I'm normally in line prior to your opening in the mornings, however this time I arrived closer to noon and was greeted by Jon with a smile and by my name! Debbie also came across from the full service side to the Express side to greet me. I was very impressed with the Technician's video inspection (by Scottie). This is a great feature added to your "customer service" platform.
