great service and fast

I brought my daughter’s car in for an oil change. I got a text saying all 20 lug nuts were swollen and to get the off, then would need to damage all the wheels. They also said the driver side tire had a nail in it and was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. I was also told the car needed an alignment. This car just had brand new tires on it 1.5 years ago with an alignment. I picked the car up and took it to a tire shop 10 minutes up the road and the lug nuts were not swollen, it used a 19.5 piece. Kami was an excellent advisor and very considerate and understanding to my time and vehicle needs. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Crews, their service department was welcoming and accommodating. They started working on my truck right away and it was available to be picked up later on that afternoon, which I greatly appreciate. I will most definitely return for any work or service when it is needed.
