Your service staff was very responsive and resolved the problem with my software update. Also, the service was done very quickly.
Took my truck in for a loud noise it was making on startup to get diagnosed and repaired. I was given the diagnosis and of the problem and cost of the repairs. I agreed to the repairs and had them fix the issues. However, when I went back to pick up the truck as soon as I started it up it was doing the exact thing that I brought it in for.
