Excellent service, my car was taken back right away, and everyone was so polite
Service was great but took a little longer than expected. Was an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation.
Do not take your EV here. I made an appointment 10 days in advance, then had to leave my truck for another 3 weeks before they got it into the shop. At every step of the way (from the tech comments and advisor conversations) I felt that EVs were definitely not their specialty and their EV experience was very limited.
No complaints! Service Advisor Robin professional and answered my questions. Very timely service completion that appeared to be comprehensive. New ownership appears to be a positive and much improved compared to the prior.
Hands-down, the best Chevy destination. I really appreciate the good communication and fast, trustworthy service. They have great service deals too throughout the year.
