Made an appointment for an oil change and check my alignment. They got me in right away. Did a service on the car check the alignment I was in and out quick and friendly. Good service thank you.

Came in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Assisted by Chad Kaili. He was friendly and professional. Got me in as scheduled and finished in an hour. I couldn't be more pleased. I will be having my services done at Dick Hannah going forward.

Today was the slickest thing I've seen yet. A little video of what was found during the maintenance of my car. A couple of recommendations. Multiple things that were looking good in about 1 and 1/2 minute video sent to me while I was off site. The ability to approve one of the suggestion fixes and get immediate price for it and sign off approval. And then followed by a text when the work was complete. The transparency provided was awesome. Whoever came up with that idea genius
