My advisor was great, good communication, answered all my questions. Would have had them do the major repairs but parts couldn’t get the parts for 2 months.
This visit was for routine oil change for a great price. My service advisor Robin is always the best.
I had a minor repair, so I went there without an appointment. To my surprise the service advisor looked at it, and took it in for repair. I was in an out in about 45 minutes. Thank You very much. Frank
Jim is not helpful and just flat out rude. Don’t take my word for it look at the other reviews. I went in for multiple issues. He refused to look at the codes because the check engine light wasn’t on. So I had him look at the def gauge on the DIC cause it’s been jumping all over the place. He said they updated the firmware on the module and I asked for proof, eg a service record that showed what they did. Said the doesn’t exist… not according to the internet but whatever.
