The service manager (Ricky) who worked with us was professional, courteous, took his time to keep us up to date on what was happening with our vehicle, and got our vehicle back to us in a timely manner.
I came in for a warranty job and left with a huge headache. Warranty job was taken care of, but with other issues coming out. I requested an issue to resolved such as my door locks not engaging and it was misdiagnosed so it cost me to leave my car there longer than expected. They provided me a rental, but I needed to keep it for longer than expected. My second issue is that I wanted one of my tire pressure sensors fixed, they told me the price I declined it, only to get my car back with all the sensors now malfunctioning. I ... read more
