The service rep tried to change the price on me about my oil change, because he couldn't accept the original quote. Its not my fault that your website is quoting a different price than when you get there. Also, it took an extra 20 minutes to get my vehicle when it was done, because the rep didn't was possibly not as his station. He then made the excuse that the paperwork just arrived at his desk, when for a fact I saw exactly when the porter dropped off the paperwork.
