Worst service shop ever. Two weeks they had my car before I called to ask what was going on + complain and they call me back only to tell me they don't even know what they're supposed to do with it. UHM hello?! You went through the entire insurance process, how about do what you already went over with the insurance? Don't trust them to even do a windshield wiper replacement. Despicable

I received very rude and unprofessional service when I called about a defective part on my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche. The windshield wipers/arms are too weak and do not clean the windshield. This was a new type of wiper arm installed in 2007. But they reverted to the old "J" style in 2008 (as it was 2006 and earlier). I suggested that this was a safety issue. Brian Van Zile is honest, straightforward and excited to be here and able to serve you. I've known him all his life. I am a proud dad!!! His service level is VERY high whether he is caddying on the golf course or telling you what you want and need to know about your car. I trust him. I believe you will find you can trust him too!
