Friendly and helpfull
Awful! I called to inquire on a vehicle and a woman that took my call was very unprofessional and had very no knowledge on the car I was inquiring about. She wasn’t any help, and therefore I was uninterested in shopping there for a car!
I purchased a vehicle from them very satisfied. I came back 1 week later to purchase another vehicle I was approved. I received a call 3 weeks later saying that I need to come back and but more money down I said why I was approved not a counter approval but approved I seen it on the finanace screen and obtained a copy of the approval letter. Found the car I wanted and could only purchase on a Sunday given the drive and time requirements. Dealership doesn't staff detailers on Sunday so you drive off in the condition it was (cleanliness) on the test drive. No follow up communication or answers to post purchase questions. Get what you need during the purchase before you leave the lot. They were friendly but no one from GM sent me a survey (just the photocopied one they have you fill out during the purchase) since I purchased a used vehicle. Super happy with the veh... read more
