Good response
The staff was responsive and professional. Even though the car I wanted ended up selling, the salesperson notified me to keep my updated, which was much appreciated.
Pleasant
The sales negotiations occurred by phone due to distance and were quite pleasant. The transaction at the dealership was smooth and additional negotiations were simple. The car buying process was among the easiest and best experiences I've had. The vehicle delivery was not the same experience. We had tow mirrors and running boards installed. It was Sunday so we anticipated Monday installation and Tuesday delivery. After a few missed promises it was finally delivered Friday evening.

Out of six other dealer ships, Amber and Joaquin were the only sales reps. that offered other trucks to look at. Truck was set up well, clean, tank of gas,and ready to go. Told rep I wanted wife's name on truck,but that was not set up to do,so couldn't be done. Other wise I would have given five stars. They gave me a great price, that I couldn't turn down.
With the low Bolt prices in March I wanted to see if I could end my current lease 9 months early and get a good lease price on a new Bolt. I promptly received an email response to my cargurus email. As requested, I called in. Brian had not read my comments on the cargurus email in which I'd laid out my situation. Somewhat irksome because I had to reiterate everything. Jose Vasquez and his team did a great job listening to what I was looking for and putting together a super-competitive offer. Despite the time they have put in with me this week, I haven't felt pushed or hounded. Their attention to detail is earning them my business.
