I only have had my vehicle 2014 chevrolet Tahoe LTZ since August 2013, but my experience with the service department and our service manager has been the most horrific experience I have ever had. First they got a pen stain on the back seat when they were getting ready to sell it to us. So they cleaned it and the cleaner they used ate the leather. I bought my car from these guys because it was the only one of its kind available in the entire state of Alaska at the time. BIG MISTAKE. They treated me like I was a little kid who has never started a car in my life. After we signed the paperwork and left to sign paperwork at the bank, they let someone else test drive my car!!!! 4/30/13 After my transmission gave out late last winter in February, I am finally receiving my vehicle tomorrow after over 2 months of waiting! Tomorrow is the 1st of May! Thankfully, I had a beater vehicle as a plan B to get to work and school, but what if I didn't? Oh yeah! I can get a rental car in the mean time, right? WRONG. Rentals are limited to only 5 DAYS! I took my 1998 Silverado for a known fuel pump intermittant problem, (had to bang on tank to get pump to start ) wow high tech trouble shooting. Known problem with GM bad pumps, good for about 100,000 miles. Told service managers Dean and Anthony. ASE Mechanic can not duplicate fuel problem, so he does complete $1000 Tune-Up (Not Authorized) goes to start vehicle will not start, all be, fuel pump only putting out 22PSI (50PSI required to start vehicle. $1575.00 for Not required Tune-Up and fuel pump replacement.
