This will be short and not so sweet. Tried numerous times to schedule an appointment to fix a problem with my vehicle. Unsuccessful on many tries, was told I would be called back, never was. Hopefully this was an isolated occurrence, but they never fixed my problem, had to take it to a local repair shop that fixed the problem in one day.
