I bought a new plumbing truck there last year. The truck is nothing short of spectacular. I called the service department yesterday to schedule an oil change. I explained that I was self employed and couldn't do my job without it. I was told to come in at 7:30 and I would be in and out. I was there at7:30 sharp, to be told that would be at Least an hour. We went to Lannan in Lowell to have my Chrysler Seabring fixed in their collision center. Jennifer was wonderful! She took the time to explain everything and was always available when I called. My wife and I had an excellent experience. Elliott, Mark, and everyone else we interfaced with there took excellent care of us! Based on other dealerships we have visited recently we just assumed that we would have to haggle or go through intensive rounds of negotiating. There were no hassles or gimmicks.
