Horrible experience, they are high pressure sales people trying to take advantage of people. They will go through and try every tactic to take advantage of people. They will try and intimidate, pressure, lie, and even guilt trip you into purchasing a rip off.

i have been waiting on a turbo for my car for a month and a half ive called already left a message they didnt even call me back. see the problem is its under warrenty and they are not making money so they dont care appearently, they knowingly sold me a car with a recalled turbo now its going bad and they refuse to answer my calls they say its on back order but really a month and a half to get a turbo from chevy to chevy. car has an oil leak under warrenty not fixed yet they did electrical work now my ac is on the fritz works... read more
Had a 2011 Chevy Equinox with known engine issues (part of the engine replaced due to recall ) Warranty was extended due to the engine . Car was always routine serviced at Lannon of Lowell. With 90,000 miles on the engine, driving 60 mph on the highway, car started pouring oil out the bottom of the engine . Car towed to dealer to be told engine seized and nothing could be done by Chevy . Dealer even admitted that it was nothing I did but still didn’t assist me with Chevy . Nightmare of an experience with this dealership. Truck is still not fixed after being the shop 6-7 times. Last time it was in shop they changed what was wrong with the truck twice in one day. My husband looked at another truck he was interested in and was thinking about trading his in but they would not budge on the price or fix the paint issues correctly. Now conveniently a week later that truck’s price went from 22.5k to $19995. It took two days for them to have his service history paperwork ready when we picked his truck ... read more
