I went in to do a refinancing on my truck and realized after it was all done that nobody really cared that they were costing me a lot of money over the years if I didn't refinance again and that bothers me that nobody cared talk to young lady in there that seem to care and I give her a thumbs up on that but I went one phone call and got the interest rate down just about five points to the 9.9 to 5.9 I did one call save myself a lot of money which you guys would have cost me so not a good experience
I had an amazing experience and honestly would say I didn’t ever think I would own a Chevy car(ford fan) but I love this car, I love the sporty, class look of it, and I know I got a great quality vehicle for my travels and know that I am safe in this vehicle. I appreciate everyone I had to work with to get this purchase done in a simple purchase Process! Thank you!!!!!
Called twice, and stopped in once to ask about a part and possible service. The service staff was not the most helpful, no malice just a sense of disorder and not very up tot he task of assistance. The sales staff is competent, but decided to buy from out of state dealer.
