Friendly, fast service. Customer service did everything to help out
I arrived at the Chevrolet dealership at 12 o’clock and was checked in at 12:05. At 1 o’clock after sitting in the waiting area for an hour I got up and walked around and noticed that my car was sitting out in the parking lot. I sent John a message asking him if my car was ready or had it been serviced yet and he never messaged me back. I had an appointment to have new tires put on my truck. I got to the dealership around 10 am. It took nearly 7 hours to have this done and i saw people coming in after me and leaving before me. This was the worst experience i have had at this dealership. If i had known it woule take that long i could have arranged for someone to come get me but everytime i asked about my truck i was told its almost done. It was well after 4 pm by the time it was actually done.
