I have never been treated SO good as i have at this dealership. Any question i have gets answered. Anything i have needed done has gotten done. Then the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! Mr. Herman Wallace was my salesman and Wade Julius helped with everything else. You definitely want to go see them!!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 3 WEEKS AND HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME. IT TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO “DIAGNOSE” MY CAR JUST TO TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM WAS WRONG WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. THEN IT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK TO GET A REPAIR BILL. WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH ALLY THEY SAID THEY WOULD FILE A CLAIM. THAT WAS LAST THURSDAY. I CALLED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE WAITING TO HEAR FROM ALLY. Make sure to check after an oil change. Oil level wasn't adequate,looking at the dip stick looks like it wasn't changed.
