Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and somehow got it back with more problems than when I arrived. To make matters worse, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was repeatedly told I’d get a call back—never happened. When I did manage to speak with them, I was lied to multiple times and given different stories that never matched up.
