I was having a great buying experience with the sales guy (Phil). He was super knowledgeable about all different types of vehicles and gave me "genuine" and positive energy. Plus, he wasn't trying to oversell me with nonsensical charges and additional fees. We were able to come to a fair and equitable agreement (so I thought ) until the sales manager (Peter) got involved with the transaction.
