This is THE WORST place to go for just general maintenance, PLEASE anyone reading this I STRONGLY encourage you to NOT take ANY vehicle here. Long review but worth the read. Ferris purchased my Tahoe from Michigan and had it shipped to them. I found it online and went in to see it. Wanted it. Beautiful car! Great shape. Could pass as new for a 2016. So we got it the day they dropped it off the truck. My salesman told me they would fill the tank for me and I needed to make an appointment to come back to have it serviced and safty checked. So I did but it wasn't until the following week. Long response but worth the read. You brought your vehicle in a week after purchase and it's your contention that we fixed everything, but failed to check a tire? The tire was checked for leaks and none were found. During the conversation your husband repeatedly maintained that at the time of inspection you had owned the vehicle less than 24 hours.
