Booked 7 months ago, or so I thought. And then my mom called and confirmed the appointment. They just found the note today, and it turns out my appointment for my WEDDING hadn't actually been booked. They were very inflexible and unapologetic about the situation. They just "couldn't do it anymore" because they took on a different wedding party instead. This is an inaccurate post. The wedding was never confirmed by the salon. There is no other wedding party that day. It was turned down for the sole reason that we do not have stylists that day. Thank you.
