We moved from out of state and were very fortunate to find Maggie to help us find our new home. She did a great job helping us understand our options and evaluate the pros and cons of the different locations and properties we were considering. Even more importantly, she was incredibly patient and supportive when we decided—more than once—to suddenly change direction. Thanks to her guidance, we found a wonderful home that we love and are very grateful for her help throughout the process.

Working with Cheves was an absolute pleasure! From our very first meeting, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what my husband and I were looking for in a home. Cheves guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise, making what can often be a stressful experience feel surprisingly smooth and even enjoyable. Maggie helped us with our closing, and she was professional and friendly as well. 10/10 recommend!
