Great Gastrenterologist one of the best in Virginia , Great skills , Got me in on time for my procedure Follows up with a phone call checking on you post procedure that evening to make sure you are ok , takes time to listen to his patients I did not feel rushed at all .
Does not bill according to what he states. He stated he would bill my colonoscopy as a screening and then it was billed as a procedure. I contacted the billing office and they accused me of attempting fraud! This cost is unfair since the insurance only pays for screenings. I stated before the colonoscopy if it was not to be a screening then I wanted to know and would not do it because I didn't want to pay for it. I now have to pay for it because they refuse to rebill it as a screening.
Dr.Pai is great! I have been going to him since I moved to Virginia in 2009. He is a very smart man. And the procedures that I have had with him have went very smoothly. I only trust him to do these. An overall great person and very professional.
Dr. Pai is the absolute best gastrointerologist! Pleasant, down to earth, knowledgable, and caring!
He is the most kind, caring Doctor, as well as being an excellent physician.
