Neighbors have roaches that keep coming into the apartment through the walls, drains, and vents, and the landlord knows about it too, but won’t do anything actually preventative to get rid of wherever the nest actually is. We are new to the apartment and deep clean regularly (behind fridge, behind stove, underneath sinks, etc, all hot spots so that we don’t have any), so for us to have so many coming through these areas (we’ve watched them climb up from drains and through the cracks so they are coming from another tenant) me... read more

Nice and quiet apartment complex. No problems. Pleasant place to live.
