The worst place in Lompoc that I know of. Rules "NEVER" enforced, kids screaming every evening, toddlers in stairwells, on stairs, drug busts, you name it. The compound is well kept in regards of cleanliness and grass but that's it. I pay 800 a month in the 1970's style apt I have and the state built better for the section-8 complex behind us and the one they are remodeling. Will move soon. Should have stayed poor and got the section-8 but never moved in here.
