First of all, this is one of the REAL Brick and Mortar shops in Hays, KS!!!!! Another one claiming to be the highest rated local shop, IS NOT! That all having been said, Chestnut Street Florals were ABSOLUTELY wonderful as we navigated out of town purchases for a funeral! They sent pictures, and kept us updated throughout the entire process! Top-notch PROFESSIONAL and so service oriented! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!! Special KUDOS to Katie!!
They were super easy to work with for both our wedding rentals and our flowers! They kept track of everything so that I didn’t have to! Our flowers turned out beautiful, they were perfect for our winter wedding!
They saved the day for my daughter’s birthday when the weather messed up our plans! They answered the phone right as they were closing and helped me get an order placed to be delivered the next day. Thank you guys so much for helping this Mama make sure her baby’s day was still special!
