AWFUL. The system is set up to force you to visit multiple times even if you have been actively seeing another provider. In order to switch to this service you have to basically start over as though you've not already jumped through hoops to make it this far. This is the EXACT opposite of what someone dealing with any mental or behavioral health issue should have to do. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
The counselors are great, however, I do not like their policy of having to call to make an appointment closer to the date the appointment is to be made. No medical facility has had me do this except them and its a hassle. I'm moving onto another place.
