Unfortunate that a mental facility has such great workers that are so understaffed they cannot help the patients. If there is a wvu game or a Holiday this facility is simply a daycare. No help (therapy or otherwise) is given to the patients. Just 3 meals and they get brushed off until staffing returns. Very sad.
Tried to get help for a friend's daughter who has severe mental issues. Said "she didn't meet criteria". Nurse was belligerent and rude. Down right nasty.
This place is the best hospital I've been in! I've been to several different hospitals; this one is the best. They actually care about you and they listen to you. If your child needs help i would 100% send them here
Very great treatment for my mental health. Highly recommend in going if your really having a tough time coping with your mental health issues and behavior issues as well. The staff from bottom to top was superb. I couldn’t elaborate enough on how beneficial my stay was while admitted.
