Management does not care about residents or their needs. Wi-fi has been down since move-in, and staff doesn't do anything about it. Rent is too expensive for us to have to leave our homes to do homework. If you are housing college students, you have to have consistent wi-fi.
Living here has been atrocious. Management is incompetent. The apartments are quite literally falling apart. First red flag was the first day I moved in and the apartment was not cleaned, and when I called and asked why they said “we focused on sanitizing the air to protect against COVID.” Overpriced on the basis of location, even though there are cheaper and nicer options closer to campus.
