Rebecca Klaczkowski is completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I’m honestly appalled at how she talks and treats clients. When confronted about it, she doubled down and continued to be aggressive instead of apologizing. I contacted management about this situation but have yet to hear back on how they have decided to handle it.
As a person looking to rent a new condo, I reached out to a listing that Sara Rowshanbin was hired to help find a suitable tenant(s) for. This is a story about Chestnut Park and its lack of commitment to taking care of buyers and sellers. A Chestnut Park agent, Doug Adler, sold his own home in December 2024. In an unusual departure from normal practice, especially for an active real estate agent, Doug refused to provide an inspection report on his house. Erick is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever seen. He has been terrible to deal with. Very micro aggressive. He constantly Lies to tenants constantly. Their online booking system is garbage and is all over the place. It’s Not accurate. There are also Multiple calls and texts from random Bots phone numbers. Sometimes it was even for wrong properties. Being an Army veteran with PTSD, I made multiple requests asking for the to please give 48 hours, so that way I won’t get trigged in my own home.
