Replace their billing department and hire a new billing manager. Dentists and assistants are very good, however the billing is a complete mess resulting in overcharging the patient. Watch your statements and be prepared for no customer service.

I am so satisfied with the service I received today. My husband needs a tooth removed and has been in pain for many weeks. He had an appointment today with our normal dentist who could not do the work and scheduled him an appointment in over 2 weeks away (when he already waited 2 weeks for this appointment). Ciara was so nice and helpful in getting the x-rays from my current dentist, verifying Dr. Rawa could do the work, and getting me an appointment in less than 48 hours. My Mom-in-law had an appointment that she thought was at 1:30pm. Apparently, the office thought it was at 1:00pm. When she arrived, they told her they could not see her. Now this was yesterday, when we had a blizzard, and she is quite elderly. I don't believe they couldn't fit her in. Not sure what the issue was, but we will not be back. What happened to customer first? Very disheartening.

My 7 year old daughter was here for the first time and had a great experience. She is very scared of the dentist and this is the first time she has actually let anyone finish a dental appointment. I am extremely pleased with this office and my daughter said she wanted to go back because she loves it here! Thank you Chestnut Hills!!
