RecommendedClean and Very Friendly staff.. They do great work ..I had a cavity filled today by Dr.Sasla I didn’t even know he numbed me he did a great job, Also I had Braces from chestnut hills orthodontist In Monroeville and I tell you the Dr. she straightened my teeth so nicely all I can say is no more eating corn through a picket fence... lol .. thank you chestnut hills dental
I was never told that my insurance didn't cover my daughter and it wasn't until I got one bill in the mail and then went to collections. My daughter was never told it was self-pay. She also said the hygienist never spoke to her but talked with another employee and the conversation was not professional. She wrote to the office but never heard back. I have been there too and wasn't impressed with the personnel. Sorry to report this as I never like to complain because people do have off days. I hope it's better for others.
$400 for one filling, is outrageous. 1 out of 5 stars. .
I am very picky and I really liked them! They took their time and you can tell they all genuinely care about your health. I highly recommend them!
This is the best practice ever. staff are professional friendly and engaging. Dentist actually researched a question for me and contacted me at home with an answer. Can't say enough good things about this practice.
Chestnut hill dental of Mount Pleasant; crooked. Charging for extraction that was never done. Over charging, their 3 week reimbursement has now entered 2 months. They refuse to correct their error and are holding our funds in anticipation I may have more work done with their facility. Yet, after constant requests for our overcharged funds to be returned, and hearing the “ your refund was processed and should be returned via mail”, lol. Every week it’s a new excuse.
