Dr. Shale and Alex could not have been more solicitous and friendly. I felt I was in the hands of experts, and that the most efficient treatment had been chosen. The Reception staff, as always, was welcoming and helpful, and knew me from past visit.
The delay in being seated was due to the medication I needed to take prior to the procedure (to relax). This wasn't a reflection on the Dr. or the practice. There was a mix up with the pharmacy and my prescriptions which could have been avoided in the Dr. had left the phone number of the office instead of his cell phone number with the pharmacy when he called in the 'scripts. Otherwise, all went smoothly and I am very happy with the dental practice.
As always, reception was very friendly and helpful. I was late due to traffic and no one seemed to be bothered by my tardiness. In fact, more people were bothered that I didn't have a coat! Dr. Milos is great. He takes great care to make sure I'm comfortable and explains anything that I may have questions about. Keep up the good work!
I can say nothing but a huge THANK YOU and with great appreciation for Dr. Milos coming out of his way on a Saturday when the office was closed to help me with emergency treatment and being so nice and doing such a great job. That was above and beyond anything I would have expected.
